By accessing or using the public Agent Trust Protocol™ website, including its contact feature (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

The Website provides information about ATP Core, links to open-source packages and implementations, and access to specifications being developed through the W3C Agent Trust Protocol Community Group. Community Group drafts are not endorsed by W3C and are not W3C Standards. Capability and implementation status varies.

4. ATP Core and ATP Studio

ATP Core packages are available under their respective open-source licenses. The 14-day enterprise trial applies to ATP Studio, a separate product. Studio trials, subscriptions, and enterprise services are governed by the terms presented by ATP Studio.

• Use the Website for an unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its infrastructure

Website content and branding are owned by Sovr INC or their respective owners. Agent Trust Protocol™ is a trademark of Sovr INC. ATP Core source code, packages, and Community Group materials remain governed by their respective licenses and terms.

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOVR INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE.

We may restrict Website access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.
